- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials needed, and complexity. I’m happy to give a quick quote from photos. If I find anything unexpected (wrong anchors, hidden damage, uneven walls, etc.), I’ll explain it first before doing extra work or charging more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send the details and a few photos (if possible). I confirm what you want done, give a clear quote, and schedule a time. I show up on time, bring the right tools, protect your space, complete the job cleanly, and make sure everything looks good before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering, with hands-on I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering, with hands-on experience in microbiology and enzyme characterization. I’m also currently studying Bioinformatics at Northeastern University. That background trained me to be detail-focused, careful, and systematic. It’s also why I focus on enzyme-based deep cleaning: enzymes are proteins that help break down organic buildup, grease, and odor-causing residue at the source, without relying on harsh fumes or heavy chemicals.
