- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $45/hour. Payment for work booked at the hourly rate is due upon completion of each session. Blocks of 5 or more hours purchased in advance receive a 10% discount. Payments can be made via check, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone consultation (free of charge). This will help me learn more about your space and your vision for it. 2. In-home visit, project planning 3. Book session(s) 4. Work together to sort, discard and organize your belongings to fit with your vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been fascinated by, learning about and practicing decluttering and organization for the past 8 years. Although I am not a certified KonMari consultant, I incorporate many of the principles from the Method in my tidying practice. A few of the books and blogs that I've found inspirational are...
