- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If multiple students wish to learn together in a group we can certainly work out a group rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't have a set curriculum as I differ my tutoring for each student. I usually ask the tutee what his/her preferred method is, such as reading newspaper articles or listening to the radio or television, and try to steer them toward choosing an ESL textbook they might like.

M.Ed. in ESL/ESOL; B.A. in English Literature
