James and Aida were fantastic! They prepared an unbelievable surprise birthday dinner for my wife and a group of friends - everyone raved about their meals. They were extremely helpful in the menu design and wine options, which were right on target! Professionalism at its best! It was like they were not even there - not intrusive at all, inconspicuous. They presented each course with elegance and explained everything in simple terms for a meal that was anything but simple. They came right on time and left our kitchen spotless. They were very accommodating in regards to specific food aversions and preparing and serving more than one entree option. We truly enjoyed each course - the mushroom farro risotto was out of this world: creamy and cooked al-dente with just a bit of a crunch! Thank you both for an amazing and delicious experience.

James and his sous chef, Ida, were great. The meal he prepared for our date night was spot on. He was right on time (we were a few minutes late coming home) and they came in like a well oiled machine. James and Ida quickly and efficiently started the cooking. After the delicious four course meal was finished they left my kitchen cleaner than it started. We will be recommending James to all of our friends and call him first in the future.

I hired James to prepare dinner for my boyfriend and I as a birthday present. James was very cooperative with the menu and offered some great recommendations to accommodate our individual tastes including preparing one salad with shrimp and one with pork! They did use our own pots, pans, dishes, but were very respective of our stuff and made sure that everything was washed, dried and returned to its place before they left so we we're left with anything to worry about. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be doing something similar again.

Easy to arrange everything in advance even though this was very last minute. Arrived timely and prepared. Everything was well prepared and delicious. We were able to adjust some flavors to our preferences.
