Bill was extremely thorough when he came to treat my home for mice. He treated internally, externally, and showed me how the traps worked. He came back a second time within days to treat my home again when I found the traps sprung, and my home has been clean ever since! Andy replied to my inquiry immediately and offered to come out the SAME day. However I needed him at a later date. He arrived exactly the time he promised and we left the house for 2 hours so he could exterminate. (we have a carpenter ant problem). He promptly texted me when he was finished with an update on what he found and what was done. Upon returning home you'd never have known he was there as the house was exactly as we left it. (he actually moves furniture and gets behind it putting the insect repellant in the crevaces of the home) Andy also noticed that underneath the eves of my basement was an "ant nest" in the insulation. (that makes sense because the majority of my ant problem was on my front steps directly above that area). He removed the ant nest and sprayed thoroughly underneath. I have not noticed any ants since, and other than a "slight" odor of repellant the house was status quo. Also, his product is PET safe which was important to me as I have an elderly cat. (we were required to leave the house for 2 hrs, which was fine) I recommended Andy to a co-worker who promtly hired him the following week. The gentlemen gave me advice on how to control the situation with the ants. As well applied ant killer liquid and came back to make sure all the carpenters ants wore gone.
