We hired Gene and team to refinish original cabinets and install wallpaper in our compact kitchen. They did an excellent job repairing the damaged wood doors, painting cabinets and trim, changing out hardware, and brightening the space with new wallpaper. As you can see from the “before” photo, the original cabinets had extensive wear and tear, and we weren’t sure if it would be possible to spruce them up. Thanks to A Cut Above, we were able to achieve an excellent looking refresh for far greater value than replacing the cabinets entirely. We were thrilled with the results and would recommend to anybody!

Gene did a smaller painting job for me (1 small room), and the entire job went very smoothly. He was able to quickly visit the site and scheduled me within a week. He worked neatly and efficiently and went beyond my initial expectations by using his professional judgment in areas that needed more attention. I'm very happy with the work and will recommend him to others.
