Ive worked with LVL on renovations in Somerville for my rentals properties. They can take care of everything from a quick turn to a full blown renovation. Dio is always available and a great property manager.

Tyler and Dio at LVL did an exceptional job on a renovation for one of my rental units in Malden. I had them do a new kitchen and bath on a tight timeline and reasonable budget and they nailed it. New tenants are absolutely loving the place!

I used LVL for a porch rebuild in Medford and couldnt be happier. The work was to schedule and on budget. Job site was kept clean and communication was clear. Ive used a lot of contractors in the past and these guys are the best of the bunch!

We always look for the best price for our customers by using multiple different subcontractors and suppliers to compare prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person or virtual consult and initial estimate. If moving forward, we will dial in the estimate to exactly what the client wants and draft contract. Work will then start as planned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dio, the owner and project manager, has over 13 years experience in the field and has great connections with local subs and building inspectors. Tyler handles the business operations, holds his CSL, and is also a licensed broker in MA.
