Health and Fitness Coach - Yoga Instructor
Good variation in exercises, and adaptabilty to preferences/past injuries. Listened to goals and created a corresponding workout designed to get the best results in the shortest time. Overall a solid experience, recommended.Dec 2, 2015
I know Tim is the right coach for me because I mentally curse him almost every day (to be fair, I'm also quite fond of him). I don't have any negative feedback, which makes this review less than helpful I suppose, but when I work well with someone I rarely find fault in their work because I can understand and respect their motives. Bottom line, Tim has inspired a marked improvement in my physical health & well-being and I'm grateful for his skills & expertise.Dec 1, 2015

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a certified personal trainer through NASM, a certified Health Coach through IIN and a registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. Somewhat tangential, but not completely unrelated.
