I know Tim is the right coach for me because I mentally curse him almost every day (to be fair, I'm also quite fond of him). I don't have any negative feedback, which makes this review less than helpful I suppose, but when I work well with someone I rarely find fault in their work because I can understand and respect their motives. Bottom line, Tim has inspired a marked improvement in my physical health & well-being and I'm grateful for his skills & expertise.Dec 1, 2015

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with a free intro and assessment session where we get to know each other and decide if we are a good fit for your goals and my expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a certified personal trainer through NASM, a certified Health Coach through IIN and a registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. I'm always seeking out the latest in health and fitness trends and science. My BA in in English and my MA in is Ethnomusicology. For the MA I studied music and healing. Somewhat tangential, but not completely unrelated.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with clients and students aged 12 to 86. I've worked with retired professionals, corporate execs, stay-at-home moms and dads, teenagers, working class folks and people from many different countries. I've worked with high school and college athletes and people recovering from or working with injuries and chronic health conditions.
