She was no only professional and personable she was very thorough. My house has never been so clean. She moved the furniture to be sure to get every spot. I have a 70 lb dog and a cat, she didn't mind me having pets at all!

Lucy and her team did an excellent job cleaning my house. Let me start by saying that Ludy is very professional and contacted me both by text and in person. We discussed exactly what I wanted cleaned and the areas that needed particular attention. The first cleaning was a very thorough deep cleaning of the entire house. I arranged with Ludy to have her team come in between the regularly scheduled cleanings just to concentrate on the woodwork in the house, which is all painted white and hadn't been attended to in quite a long time. The attention to detail was impressive during the deep cleaning. They located many lost articles that were wedged in, or under, furniture. My dog was particularly happy when eight tennis balls suddenly appeared! Every surface in the house was clean and shiny and cobwebs and dust bunnies disappeared from every room. My son commented that even his electric toothbrush had been cleaned. Ludy is lovely and her team are all very nice. She checked in with me once the cleaning was completed and left a note thanking me for the opportunity to work with me. All in all, Ludy's House Cleaning is an excellent service and I look forward to reoccurring cleanings, as well as knowing Ludy and her Team.

Ludmila came and met us the weekend before the cleaning. She had an issue that caused her to push back the cleaning a day but sent someone the next day in her place, which I appreciated. Its only been one time but overall they did a great job and I'm keeping the team!
