- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I gained this interest from my older brother. He is a professional graphic designer and has been in the field for over seventeen years. As far having a creative mind, this has been in me since I can remember, so the interest was not hard to understand.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common work I get asked to do is focused mainly around branding, re-designing existing logos to make them better.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most recent job I did was with a group of designers from Lesley University. The goal of the project was to essentially brand a particular street in Somerville Ma. This was a small community of people that wanted a name for their street that best describes who they are and what they stand for. On top of that project was another aspect to the goal which was my portion of the project which was to create a logo for an organization called Neighborways, which is a part of the street that reaches out a lot more then just the street. Neighborways are residential streets created to reduce traffic and provide a safe and comfortable passage for pedestrians, cyclist, and allows for children to play safely in the streets. The mission for this brand mark is so capture the overall spirt of Neighborways, by adding the colors like blue, red, and green, I feel it gives the mark a vibrant, energetic, and fun sense to the brand and meaning to the street.
