FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and complexity of the job. There are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront. Discounts may be available for small jobs or repeat customers. Any additional costs are always communicated before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the scope of the job (items, location, stairs, timing). Then I provide a clear estimate and confirm the details. On the day of the job, I arrive on time with the necessary tools, complete the work efficiently, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on training through real jobs, learning proper lifting techniques, furniture assembly instructions, and safe handling of household items. I continuously improve my skills by working with different furniture brands, layouts, and job types.
