When catering events, working as a private chef, or teaching classes, I use the best ingredients and prepare food I would want to be served at my event or home; this personal adherence to quality is what makes my services, products, and attitude rise above the rest. Since I have cooked many different types of food in many different capacities, I can cater a wide range of events, and teach people many different styles and cooking techniques. I have always loved teaching, and to do it with students who really want to learn is always satisfying. Seeing the joy of students discover when they take cooking classes they can eat their 'homework' afterward is also fun. When catering, I love seeing new venues and meeting new people - tailoring the food and experience to every unique situation is one of the most challenging yet exciting aspects of my job.
