If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available,responsive,and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ propertymanagement field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.

I have worked with a number of mgmt companies in the past and Pietro is one of the fastest responders I've experienced. The onboarding was great for both me and the tenants. I moved across the country for my job and hate burdening friends and family with looking after my condo like I've done numerous times before for vacas and going abroad for weeks with my current job position. I decided to bite the bullet and researched propertymanagement companies inthe Somerville/Cambridge area.After discussing options with a few, no one really impressed me or made me feel like I was putting my condo in good hands. When I called C PropertyManagement, the owner Pietro scheduled an appointment with me and met me at my property. This wasn't an option with other propertymanagement companies I had contacted and was great for schedule since I travel so much. I was immediately impressed by Pietro's knowledge and attention to detail when he examined the condo. He has put me at ease and made leaving the Boston area tremendously easier knowing my property is in good hands.

Pietro is managing two of my properties. Since I do live abroad, he is responsible for pretty much everything, from getting tenants to keeping the property in shape. Everything works really perfect, he quick in answering questions, and knows whom to contact if things have to be renovated. Without his help and hos trustworthiness things would not work for me.
