- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on travel distance, duration of visit, number of bookings, number of pets, length of visit, and tasks required. Discounting in pricing can be considered for first time customers or recurring/long time bookings. Pet Boarding is not offered. Only visits and pet sitting at clients house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to have an initial phone call and schedule a time for a meet and greet (if necessary) to go over visit tasks and requirements before pet visit or housing sitting booking. Ideally this is completed at least a week in advance but can vary depending on location. During this process we will go over pets needs, sitting or visit requirements, house entry and access along with other anticipated variables to ensure the best experience for your pet sitting needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost ten years of experience and started dog sitting in 2016. I then worked professionally for Above and Beyond Pet Sitting for two years from 2021 until 2023, during which I cared for dogs, cats, and bunnies. I have also had pets of own including two cats and a dog.
