I just recently hired TOC Balloons to decorate for my daughters Vintage Carnival Sweet 16 and the out come was absolutely amazing. She took the time to speak with my daughter in order to get her views and what she wanted exactly, and incorporated the color scheme beautifully, i would recommend her to my friend and family.

Any time something new comes to my industry I'm going to get to know it. I take six or more classes a year. I'm the VP in a group for my industry and we help one another stay focused on new product and share ideals.
