- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact me if you have interest in my services. Send me your email address so that I can send you a proposal of the packages I offer. 2. A proposal would be emailed to you, showing what I offer in all my packages. 3. After selecting a package, a contract would be sent to you. This would outline the expectations for my services and the terms and conditions. 4. After the signing of the contract, about 1-2 months pre-wedding is when a Questionnaire would be sent to you. The Questionnaire has details about the start times and addresses/locations of the major events.

Lots of hands-on training and webinars/online training.
