We found out that the basement of one of our rentals had a bad case of mold. After contacting Restoration 1, they were prompt to come and assess the problem. They were very quick and professional taking care of everything, keeping great communication and documenting everything that had been done. I highly recommend them.

The restoration 1 was responsive and professional. They were able to help us with a really bad problem of mold in the basement of one of our rental buildings. They provided a detail scope of work and discussed it with me. They kept constant communication for the duration of the repair and they provided a detail report at the end of the job. Highly recommend Restoration 1 for the quality for their service, their work and value.

Bob and his team were excellent from the very first contact.They were quick to reply, addressed my mold emergency immediately and were patient with all my questions and concerns from start to finish.I can say that they are the best service for something I hope I wont need again!Also, as Ive spoken to other larger competitors, each team is its own company, so it feels like a local team, because they are. If you do have to deal with mold, which lets face, is horrible, get these guys to help you through it.You wont regret it.

Significant water damage to two apartment units. Restoration 1 of Springfield dried the water damage, removed the damage materials and restored the units to better than new! Quickly and professionally managed project getting the tenants and my life back to normal right away.

Working with Restoration 1 of Springfield MA was an incredible experience! Positive is an understatement. They were truly exceptional! When my bottom unit / basement flooded due to a pipe malfunction, Bob responded promptly and was at our home within an hour to assess damage and then later early that morning to begin the process of drying / pumping out the water. Their quick action helped prevent further damages to the house.The whole team was professional and helped guide us through this process. Special Shoutouts to Donovan and Bob. Donovan was hands on with the water damage and was there every step of the way. Bob and Donovan documented all the damage for our insurance claim. Bob, in particular, went above and beyond by personally assisting the adjuster during the assessment process and showing up to our unit the day of. Their professionalism and true attention to detail were home-saving.We were so comfortable working with Restoration 1. They are great people and down to earth. Made us feel safe, and working with them was the best decision of a wild and stressful process. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone in need of restoration services. Call us right away so we can stop the source of the problem, assess the damage, estimate the repairs, and provide an action plan. With your permission, we can liaison with your insurance company and handle the process for you - soup to nuts.
