I cant say enough positive things about Restoration 1 of Springfield MA! When our basement flooded, they responded promptly and had a team at our home within an hour to start pumping out the water. Their quick action helped prevent further damage.The entire team was exceptional, and they meticulously documented all the damage for our insurance claim. Bob, in particular, went above and beyond by personally assisting the adjuster during the assessment process. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.Dealing with a flooded basement was incredibly stressful, but Restoration 1 made us feel comfortable and assured throughout the entire process. Their dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction is commendable. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone in need of restoration services. Working with Restoration 1 of Springfield MA was an incredible experience! Positive is an understatement. They were truly exceptional! When my bottom unit / basement flooded due to a pipe malfunction, Bob responded promptly and was at our home within an hour to assess damage and then later early that morning to begin the process of drying / pumping out the water. Their quick action helped prevent further damages to the house.The whole team was professional and helped guide us through this process. Special Shoutouts to Donovan and Bob. Donovan was hands on with the water damage and was there every step of the way. Bob and Donovan documented all the damage for our insurance claim. Bob, in particular, went above and beyond by personally assisting the adjuster during the assessment process and showing up to our unit the day of. Their professionalism and true attention to detail were home-saving.We were so comfortable working with Restoration 1. They are great people and down to earth. Made us feel safe, and working with them was the best decision of a wild and stressful process. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone in need of restoration services. The restoration 1 was responsive and professional. They were able to help us with a really bad problem of mold in the basement of one of our rental buildings. They provided a detail scope of work and discussed it with me. They kept constant communication for the duration of the repair and they provided a detail report at the end of the job. Highly recommend Restoration 1 for the quality for their service, their work and value.

The water feed line to our refrigerator (ice cube/water dispenser) developed a very small leak which was not noticed for several days until water had accumulated on the floor of the refrigerator cabinet and then on insulation and items in the basement. They responded immediately. It appeared that we might have to do work on the hardwood floors under the refrigerator cabinet, but after several days of aggressive drying it was saved. All the staff were very well informed, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful.

Significant water damage to two apartment units. Restoration 1 of Springfield dried the water damage, removed the damage materials and restored the units to better than new! Quickly and professionally managed project getting the tenants and my life back to normal right away.
