Robert worked hard all day and cleaned up nicely. Backsplash mosaic tile and entryway porcelain tile both look beautiful. Nicely done!
Art did a very good work. Art installed a new tile flooring for our bathroom. He was very responsive and we are satisfied with the quality of his work. I would recommend him with no hesitation
Fabricio and his crew installed granite countertop and a tile backsplash for us in our new house. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The price was nearly half what other companies quoted us so it definitely saved our budget. We had a small countertop space installed in an interior window cutout. We were nervous at first with the size of the countertop overhang because it would shrink our walkway. However, with careful measuring, cutting, and installing of the countertop it turned out awesome! We highly recommend Fabricio and Imperial Marble and Granite for all of your kitchen/bathroom needs. We will definitely be using them in the future again.
I am extremely pleased with the herringbone pattern marble backsplash installed by the Tile Magician. I would highly recommend to others!
Hired A Star (Michael and his business partner Drew Cabana) to do a renovation job after my condo flooded out due to bad plumbing in the building. Here's what my project with A Star entailed: Kitchen sink, counter tops and dishwasher had to be replaced, floors had to be redone (complete new floating laminate floor in living/dining area plus custom cutting and fitting several individual ceramic tiles), some custom shelves in the bathroom cabinets had to be refabricated, the covering for the AC exchanger had to be custom fabricated and the entire 950 sq ft. unit needed to be repainted. Michael and Drew did an excellent job on this work on all counts -- both in their own work on floor installation, plumbing, painting carpentry and minor electrical items, and also as general contractors supervising other vendors The folks from A Star were willing to come back again and again as we had to do things piecemeal -- first while I waited for the insurance situation to be decided, then wait for the condo management folks to replace virtually all the dry wall in every room before painting and other work by Michael and Drew could start, waiting for the carpet company I had hired separately to re-carpet the 2 bedrooms so that Michael and Drew could then install the T-molding end cap where the laminate floor meets the carpet, and finally we had to wait through delays caused by Lowe's in the delivery and installation of the sink and granite tops, which my guys supervised (they did the plumbing hookup for the sink and dishwasher themselves). It took nearly three months -- through no fault of Michael or Drew. We all had to exert the right amounts of patience and pressure on the other parties. It was a good-sized job. Many other contractors probably would have bailed mid-way through and moved on to other jobs that were easier and more clear cut, but these guys hung in there. I had to return from the Florida condo to return home to Massachusetts before the work was completed, and Michael and Drew continued to work hard to get the project done even though I wasn't around in person. Michael sent me photos of the completed work as it went along. My only criticism is that the photos were often fuzzy and therefore it was hard to see if the work had been done as expected. Michael needs to either get a better camera or have someone else take the photos of their excellent work! All in all, these guys are great. Their price was fair, they did high quality work, are easy to work with and I'd hire them again.
Rick came to our house and measured our bathroom and provided a quote and a list of materials that we needed. Upon purchasing the products, we set a date and Rick agreed to spend 2 weeks working on our bathroom. He did some of the demo, put up a new subway tile walls with mosaic, a ceramic marble flooring, a new vanity and lighting. He also repaired the toilet, removed and replaced the sink. When he ran into issues with the electrical and the plumbing, he had a network of people to reach out to that offered reasonable rates. We left Rick the key to our house for 2 weeks and there weren't any issues. Whenever an issue arose that required additional materials and/or labor, he was sure to send me a text so that I was aware. The bathroom turned out lovely and we will be hiring him again to do the kitchen! And for random handy man type jobs - for example, our closet was off of its track and he fixed it (we tried for a month), he also installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom. If you are looking for someone local, trustworthy and reasonable - Rick is your guy. Attached are a few pictures - we still need to paint in there but we are in love.
As an owner of my first house, it was extremely vital for me to go with a trustworthy company. There are so many out there, and I am happy that I discovered Universal home renovations. They did our bathroom remodel and everything went smoothly and professionally. I've experience with past remodels where both the expense and schedule estimate were so off, or the people didn't show up on time whatsoever. This wasn't the situation. Richard and his team were on time and estimated were fair and affordable. Also, they didn't hold back on quality or service. Incredible granite counters, extraordinary tile work and attention to detail. Richard was very gracious and open to discussing any inquiries that would come up. He either answered all of them or as best as possible. When the time comes to get the kitchen remodel, I know who I'll be working with.
I requested a quote on Saturday. Fortunately, Rob was available so he was able to swing by my condo in a timely manner. After several suggestions, I decided to get my kitchen floor tiled with a ceramic tile. Once the schedule and financial arrangements were settled, Rob was quick and efficient. He answered all my questions and concerns. He is professional and got the job done ahead of schedule. The kitchen floor looks amazing! I highly recommend RVG Carpentry and Tile. Thanks so much!
Royal Contracting did a redo of our kitchen and bathroom. They had to correct some errors from the first kitchen contractors 20 years earlier, such as redo the bathroom floor to keep the tiles from cracking. They repainted all the cabinets, added new knobs, sink, and changed the formica to granite
We contracted Blair to remove and install flooring (bamboo and marble), remodel our kitchen, remodel our bathrooms and paint. His work is outstanding and his pricing is very fair. He will work long hours and complete the project on time. Plus, he's a good guy. Fantastic!
Al tiled my kitchen backsplash and centerpiece wall with a natural stone ledgerstone (made of real quartz, slate, onyz & granite) in 2 days. He knew exactly what to do........prepared the layout, gathered the materials and put on his creative hat while installing the stone. He is highly skilled and precise in his work. The finished product was more than I hoped for. Its a showpiece and I couldn't be happier. A man of many talents, I will definitely hire him for future projects. In short, Al is a multi-talented craftsman, works very hard for his customer, does it all with a smile and couldn't be neater with his work and cleanup. I recommend him without reservation.
