- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, surface condition, and preparation required. We provide clear proposals with no hidden fees and offer free estimates. In some cases, better pricing may be available when multiple rooms or areas are completed together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate to review the project and discuss the client’s needs. Then we provide a detailed proposal, schedule the work, complete the preparation and painting, and finish with a final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured, with a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license and EPA Lead-Safe Certification, along with over 15 years of experience.
