Juan and his team at JK Painting Service are extremely professional. The quality of the work is outstanding.
We are putting our house up for sale. We needed the entire interior of our two story house plus finished basement painted immediately.
I met with three painters. Juan was the most professional, spent the most time understanding the job, asked the most questions, measured all the rooms, and provided the most detailed proposal including room by room costs with a separate breakout for materials and specified exactly which paints would be used.
The four person crew came three days later and had the entire interior painted in just two days. Each day they put down drop clothes in the rooms to be painted, covered the furniture and covered the walls with plastic sheets. Every night they packed up everything so we could live the night in peace. Their attention to detail is amazing. They answered all my questions and taught me several painting best practices that will greatly improve my painting skills.
The whole house looks fantastic. I will be calling Juan again before we move into our next house.

Juan and his crew were excellent! They came in and painted my entire apartment in one day and were able to squeeze me in so that we could have it painted before our furniture was delivered. Prior to the painting, Juan was very responsive and helpful when I was deciding what I wanted done. The paint looks great! We are definitely going to hire them again for some other projects that we have.

Juan is so wonderful to work with!! We just had him paint our library & he did such a wonderful job & we will be having him come back to paint our bathrooms & bedrooms soon! He is so easy to work with because he is super professional & kind, responds quickly, is on time, he offered great advice on what are the best kinds of paints for specific rooms & his team is just as professional. I highly recommend them!!!

After receiving estimates from several painters, we decided to work with Juan, owner of JK Painting services. Our house is a 1920’s Tudor with wooden trim that was in desperate need of attention. Juan’s crew painstakingly scraped, sanded, primed, and filled every piece of trim before applying the finish coat. The finished product looks amazing.
I’d be remiss not to comment on the cleanliness of the project. Juan’s crew covered everything with plastic and even went as far as to vacuum around the areas that were scraped. I worked in the trades when I was younger and can’t remember ever seeing a paint crew vacuum the exterior of a house. When Juan & his crew finished the job, you’d be hard-pressed to find any evidence of paint chips anywhere around the house...Amazing!
