They were great. They inspected and provided a Flat price. I too did not surprise them with new items to ship. There were couple of tiny cracks on couple of furniture, but if you are moving, three flight of stairs.. its bound to happen. It took 5 of them, nearly 3.5 hrs to move and disassemble various furniture and Took 2 of them almost 6 hrs to unpack and assemble back. Since the distance was only 4 hrs by road, they delivered it on the same day.

I would like to thank Lexel Moving once again for all the hard work they did. We moved a 5br house from Winchester to Newton. Everything went smooth from start to finish. We requested an onsite estimate from 5 companies and only 3 were able accommodate our need. To me it doesn't make any sens to hire someone to do something that they didn't even take a look at. At the onsite Ross was very informative and professional - Lexel took the leadership right there. We received the quote the next day and the price was reasonable considering all the furniture to be moved. On the actual day of the move a crew of 4 guys arrived first thing in the morning and all of them were friendly and professional. They had all the tools to take care of taking the furniture apart and putting it back together. We were very pleased with the way the crew wrapped all of our belongings and the way they handled our grandfather's clock. The pendulum and weights were left spotless! Great Job! It took almost 11 hours to get the job done. In the end of the move all of our furniture was placed as we wanted and our movers installed felts on some of it. Overall experience with Lexel? They are unbelievable! I would definitely recommend to use those guys!

Gabriel and Jason were amazing! They showed up promptly on time (even early) and hustled hard. They cleared out my apartment, drove to my new one, filled it up and built my furniture all in a few hours.
Communication with Lexel was always prompt via Alex and Ross. Will definitely be recommending or using again for a future move. Thanks for being awesome and making this a super easy process!

We are so glad we went with Lexel moving! Mike and his crew were efficient, professional, and trustworthy. They wrapped up our furniture, professionally disassembled and reassembled, and had it all done in quick time. We were moving a four bedroom house across town and the crew of three had everything moved and in its place within 6 hours. Moving sucks, but they definitely made it the best move I've had in 8 moves over the past 10 years. I plan on staying in this house for a long time, but if we move again or if I have friends moving, Lexel will get my highest recommendation!

Lexel Moving & Storage helped me move from Massachusetts to Maryland. As someone who has had poor moving experiences in the past, I can tell you without exaggeration that these guys are wonderful! I highly recommend them! The movers were fast, careful, professional, and kind. Despite the bulkiness of many of my furniture items, they wrapped each piece perfectly and ensured nothing was damaged. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rates include all the loading, transportation, unloading, furniture disassembly/reassembly, blankets for the furniture, clean and organized truck, fuel and tax.
Additional Services upon request:
Overnight Storage: $200/night
Hoisting: $50 for the first items and $25 for each following
Crating Services: approx. $200 for a professionally build crate
Packing Materials:
Plastic Cover for Mattress: $10.00
Shrink Nylon: $20/roll
Packing Tape: $3.50/roll
Small Box: $2.00/box
Medium Box: $3.00/box
Large Box: $4.00/box

We normally require following to set up the move:

2) Exact pick-up and delivery address
3) Desired pick-up and delivery dates
4) List of items to be moved
5) Best contact phone number and email address
6) Deposit of $100.00 to secure the reservation (can be paid online with any major cc only after your request is created in our system)
Remaining balance is due only upon the completion of the job.
