I needed maintenance on my two year old treadmill and wanted a second opinion from a very uncomfortable evaluation previously. I found that Micheli Home Improvements did fitness equipment repair and reached out, Chris responded almost immediately. We scheduled an on-site inspection where he was very punctual and polite. He looked overall my treadmill and mentioned that it needed a new belt, said that he would kindly find that for me, come back and replace it and do a thorough check. The next morning he had located the part and placed the order. This past weekend he was back again, in a snowstorm no less, swapping out the belt and checking over the treadmill. I was very excited about the work he performed, how timely everything happened and just his professionalism was outstanding. I asked him if he minded if I kept his number because I would definitely be reaching out to him again in the future.

Chris was great. He did some woodwork for me and agreed to pay him for 3 hours work. When he finished, he stated he only took 2 and half hours and adjusted what I owed him. I was satisfied with the work and planning to have him change my doors in the near future.

My fee is $80 an hour depending on the type of job, plus the cost of materials for specific jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to me I will ask some questions regarding the type of work they need done. I may also ask to take a look at the job in person to get a better idea of what will be needed to complete it. This way I can be sure I'm the right person for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire life I've worked with my hands. I've worked on home renovations, back yard patio installations, landscaping, interior painting, etc. I'm a problem solver and will often find a solution to unique problems around the home.
