We hired Mel to photograph my college graduation. She took candid shots of the ceremony and then portrait shots at the after party at my home. She was very friendly and engaging with the entire family! She edited the photos in a timely manner and they looked amazing! My mom especially loves the photos and still uses them in our Christmas cards every year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to learn about you and your event! When meeting a new client, I love to start with a phone conversation and hear about what you're looking for. I think of working with clients as a collaboration; I will listen to your needs and discuss the best approach to documenting your event successfully.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BFA in Photography and Video from Montserrat College of Art.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got started in the 6th grade with my school's local news station. Ever since then, I've been taking photographs and videos everywhere I go!
