I called Otavia to do a deep clean on my son & DIL’s home. She’d been ill and hospitalized and the house was extremely dirty. Otavia responded immediately, hearing the reason she got them into her busy schedule and spent 2 long days even though she’d only planned for one (because it was that badly neglected)
I also found her price to be extremely fair and her communication each step of the way was amazing.
