Introduction
The Athlete's Yoga is devoted to helping athletes prevent injury and enhance performance through yoga.
Yoga improves strength, flexibility, agility and core power while helping reduce stress and tension which affects performance. General classes offer an athletic style of yoga or sport-specific classes can be customized to meet the needs of the sport or position.
Group or private sessions are available either at the Woburn studio or on-site at your school or facility.
Athletic assessments are also available to evaluate functional movement, body/spacial awareness, overall strength/flexibility, imbalances, fluidity, ease of movement, proper breathing, etc.
