Wow! Neide never disappoints. She just deep cleaned our 2-floor house (10 rooms total) and it sparkles just as my 5-room condo did the first day she cleaned for me back in 2009. She is trustworthy, dependable, insured, consistent, thorough, industrious, friendly and very fairly priced...a unicorn for sure! And bonus: she's bilingual (English/Portuguese)
Over the years, I've referred her Nice Cleaning Service to countless friends, neighbors and parent groups and she's never let me down because she's never wavered in her level of service...even adding little extras like a rose-fold at the end of the toilet paper roll or my stepdaughter's pile of dolls arranged as if at a tea party (squeals of happiness when then 6yo found that surprise). If the day ever comes when someone I've referred her to is displeased, I will stop...but it hasn't happened in over 15 years so I except it never will. Instead, I've received lots of thank you notes over the years from everyone who chose to act on the recommendation.
She offers both residential and commercial cleaning. For an extra fee, she offers services such as ironing, organizing, laundry folding, changing sheets on the beds, and DEEP cleaning (inside fridge, inside oven, inside drawers & cabinets). Honestly, I don't know all that she offers, but I've requested each of the services I listed at some point over the years so just ask if you have other ideas; she's very flexible and accommodating.
My only problem was - in the beginning - I didn't like the amount of paper towels she was using in my home (for instance, she lined each drawer and shelf with paper towels), but I told her my concern and it never happened again.
I took the time to write this lengthy review because Neide deserves it and your family or business deserves her personal touch! She is not only an amazing cleaner, but she has also become a dear friend of mine.

We have been lucky enough to have Neide and her team`s services for years now. They are very through and detail oriented. They offer high quality work for a very reasonable price. They don`t just dust around, but deep clean everytime, put things away if we have left a mess. We love the little personal touches they leave, like cute towel folds, and little sticker notes. Always a pleasure coming to a spotless home after they clean.

Neide and her team are amazing. Quick and extremely thorough-never any judgement at the state of things when they arrive (lol). They often go above and beyond. I’ve never had a cleaner clean inside my fridge!!
