We worked with Alison to finish our basement this past winter and it was a fantastic experience all around. After our initial contact with her she was at our house within the week and helping us envision the space with multiple designs incorporating our many goals. We quickly settled on a design and got our schedule right away, which looking back was super accurate. Her communication was excellent throughout the project and we even knew exactly what we needed to do to help things move along. The function of the finished product is everything we were hoping for and we gained a trusted partner in the home construction business we will call again the next time we need work done. Allison is absolutely fantastic. After we sent her our measurements, she quickly turned around four different options for a kitchen renovation. She provided a budget-friendly option that met our needs without making too many changes as well as options that opened our minds to so many exciting possibilities for our kitchen. We used FiveTen Design & Construction Consulting to remodel our kitchen and entryway. Alison was wonderful to work with and did an amazing job redesigning our space. I appreciated how she took the time to understand our vision and design aesthetic. She has excellent taste and resources. Alison knows where to find the right products and materials. She led us in new and different directions that provided beautiful solutions. We wanted to replace our old wooden deck with a new composite deck. All I knew was that I wanted a gray deck. Alison explained material choices to me. Then she proceeded to explain different design features that I never even thought about. My new deck is the nicest deck in the neighborhood!

Pricing varies based on the services requested and the estimated hours required.
However, a credit based on the project size will be warranted if you hire North Shore Construction Management to execute the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to have a brief phone consult to determine what you are looking for and the first steps to accomplishing what is needed and helpful. Followed by an in-person consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing spaces for 10+ years for clients and personal flip projects. I have helped my clients on all sorts of budgets really hone in on a design and detailed plan.
