David was fantastic. I requested a quote to have a piece of furniture removed from my third floor apartment late in the evening and I received a quote from him very early the next morning. I called to schedule his services expecting he would not be available for at least a few days, but he was available the next day to remove the furniture. He was polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use his services again!
Since June of 2010 KJ at Y.I.F. Management & Development L.L.C. has been managing and maintaining the apartment that I own in Brighton. Y.I.F has been performing all tasks needed to keep the place to code and in good repair. I have been extremely satisfied with their response to my needs, and to the needs of the various tenants. They are constantly monitoring the apartment to make sure that it stays in top condition, as well as making sure that the tenants respect the place and the condo rules. He has a great personality and very knowledgeable in the rental housing market. I informed him when I purchase my first investment property, I would call him. He was surprised I remembered him and called. I am very pleased I did. Herman provided a lot of valuable information about what to fix in the apartment to attract a better client and higher rent. Herman found me a great tenant for my small 2 bedrooms apartment in Revere for $1850. I highly recommend Herman and will use him for my future rentals.
Paul has been extremely professional to date. While we were waiting for our apartment to rent out, he had to coordinate several things for us and as a result make several trip to the apartment. Even though we offered to pay him, he refused. He hand picked the perfect tenant and has been paying us the rent on time. He has always returned our calls and addressed any questions/concerns we have had. We hope to have a long and fruitful business relationship with Marquis Management.
Mike has managed my property -- a 3-bedroom condo in Back Bay -- for more nearly five years, and I am absolutely delighted with him. I am a Bostonian temporarily exiled in New York, so I'm too far away to cope with any emergencies at my apartment myself. Therefore, I rely utterly on Mike if anything goes wrong, and he has never let me down. He has always been available when needed; always brings in competent and very reasonably priced suppliers when appropriate (in a few cases, he even fixed some minor problems himself), and he has pointed out a couple of key preventative maintenance issues that I hadn't even considered. Mike has also been great with my tenants, who regularly worked with him quite smoothly (and that's despite the fact that one of my tenants was a bit of a crank who didn't work very smoothly with ANYbody). What a management company I lived in many units. However, no one managed like nexus property. Highly accessible help line and Internet forum allows great communication. Questions and answers are always given maintenance is very attentive alert a defintely expect a fast return call and visit. Apartment was in great condition post rental if there was any damage they took note for your benefit. The staff is definitely a shining point good genuine folks aboard here at nexus. Mr Greg rice has always been there for me lending me his personal line of contact and time at any given moment. He is as well attentive alert and very helpful with any obstacle I have or came across. I appreciate his effort secretary's and maintenence response times. Nexus property management is defintely a go to company that I can see arround for a while
Chrystal was absolutely amazing when my fiance and I were trying to find an apartment. We had been searching for months for a place that was within our budget and would allow us to have our dog. We've been at or near full occupancy since he came on board. I think that his attention to details and his relaxed professionalism is what really sets him apart from other realtors I've worked with.Keith has also helped us in other areas besides just brokering our rentals; he's assisted with unit renovations, coming up with some great design ideas while working with our contractor. he also works with the tenants as a follow up, helping with any issues they may have during move-in.
