I typically do not give bad reviews anywhere , this time was a very bad experience!!!!! Let me start by saying,rose came to my house in time , I walked her through my house and explained to her what I wanted clean, I know my house needed a very good clening , working many hours and 3 kids I don't have time to clean ! ( that is why we hire cleaners to clean) so she gave me and estimate , I was happy with the number she gave me. The day of the cleaning she arrived on time , I explained to her DO NOT CLEAN THE CLOSETS!!!! well she did anyway took all the things my kids had in their closets , shoes,dirty clothes, candy wrappers, empty bottle waters, garbage , dusty shoes, things under the bed , and she placed everything in top of my kids beds!!! YES IN TOP OF THE BEDS! Left them there all dusty dirty garbage everywhere!! Left my living room rug outside not vacuumed , so I had to get home to put all that stuff away , re vacuum my rugs and wash all my beddings , dust all over the room! This has been the worst cleaning experience I have ever gotten! Never again will I hire her!!!!

Rose's cleaning service's went at Jamie house to do a one time deep had never walk in a house that was so dirty .. The kids bedroom had food under the bed in trash in there closet that look like the parents never cleaned the house the kids had to clean the house .then the was cleaning down stairs in kichen and I went to pulled out do do under the stove and ref I just could not believe the mold inside this ref and on the food like they wear waiting for the kids to clean the ref I then pulled out stove .there was grease and dirt and food look like it was never cleaned in years . it to bad I walk in the house and father told Rose cleaning services that the kids do all the cleaning and the parents don't have time to clean it .I would never go back there to clean again I felt so bad that the kids had to live into house like that in there runners had all dog urine you could smell it the min you walked into the house I then ask him if he wanted the carperts throw out the house done he then told me no he did not have the money he had three bedrooms and all runners down on the first floor all urine from dog and food stains and make up on rugs in he did not want them cleaned so I then left one runner out side that had dogs stains everwere in I left the rug out because it had a bad smell .

Rose had quite a job ahead of her and she tackled it like a pro. She worked with my 13 year old to put together a room that anyone would be proud of. I was amazed by her work and stamina and her kindness. I will have her back again hands down. Her quote was more than fair and I actually paid her more because of the massive amount of work she put in and her professionalism. I have had cleaners before and felt ripped off and not happy with their work. I was 100 percent pleased and will let everyone I know who to call. She is also friendly and sincere. I know I got more than I paid for and at the end of the cleaning my niece wanted to thank her and give her a hug. Then my neice wanted to call her friend to come over and see"the transformation miracle. THANKYOU ROSA Your the BEST

She went to the wrong place and I had to wait around for almost and hour for her to show up. She did an ok job cleaning but then harassed the heck out of me to pay her asap. She quoted me one price on Thumbtack and then invoiced me for a different price (yes, higher). To top it all off she threatened my tenant to take him to court if she wasn't paid immediately. She then repeatedly threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay her asap.
