I've worked with Geoffrey for years. He has been nothing but excellent - from troubleshooting to building hardware, from remote support to recommending products.
He has a vast knowledge of computers, programs and hardware. He has always gone above and beyond what was required to make sure everything ran smoothly on any device or program I had an issue with.
In 2012 he helped pick out hardware for a new PC, assisted building it and has since provided support - even when I got a strange malware via an extension on my browser, I mentioned it and he quickly remoted onto my PC and removed the problem.
Hes prompt and respectful, and the ONLY IT professional I recommend to my friends and family.

G. Boian is always extremely patient with even the questions I should really have googled before asking. Working with people who are dealing with terrible situations like dead hard drives and failing power supplies requires a certain kind of kindness and understanding, as most often times clients like myself are too busy panicking to have a reasonable sense of decorum.
It's easy to talk down to people about things they don't know, but never once has Mr. Boian ever stooped to such a level, and instead carries himself with enviable professionalism in explaining harder concepts in ways easy to understand.
He's gotten me out of more computer pickles than I'd care to admit, and I owe a lot to his help and patience.

Geoff helped me on multiple occasions with my laptop issues. I have needed an upgrade on my Windows and another time I had issues with Microsoft Office applications. Not only did he upgrade my access, but he showed me how to operate the Office suite and gave me a tutorial. Geoffrey is a very competent technician and also very helpful.

Helped me build a computer and source quality parts on a very affordable level. Assisted me in taking it from parts to a working computer. Very knowledgeable, and actually tells you things so you can learn something, too.
