The project included some repairs to a fence gate and staining a large deck. The work quality is excellent. I requested some additional repairs to the deck during the project and was given an estimate. No surprises upon completion as per original estimate. The gentleman is precise and articulate about his work. I will most definitely use them again.

SS Construction and Mr. Rubens were great to work with! They were very timely in responding on the app. Answered my questions promptly. Even though I wasn’t sure when the lock I ordered would arrive, they worked with my schedule to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Mr. Rubens was on time, polite and respectful of our property. (He even took off his shoes without being asked : ) This company is a family run business and you can tell they value their customers. I will definitely call them if I have future projects!

I contracted Silveira Santos Cpnstruction to do repair work on my leaking shower drain. Rubens came to my location and gave me a proper a professional inspection and also educated me on common failure point on its design which was installed when the house was built.
