More importantly, he explained his rationale for each and every step of his process and even went the extra mile to tighten things up and sand things down to make sure the door glides to an easy shut every time. I was impressed by Edson's professionalism, commitment to timing, and patience with any and all of my questions. If you don't hire Edson, you've already made your first mistake!
