Eliane took a freshly renovated basement full of a family's unsorted history and turned it into a zoned, labeled system: a tool wall with everything hung on pegboard, a three-bench work line adjusted to my 82-year-old mother-in-law's comfortable height, library-style storage rows, an archive section, and — her insistence, and she was right — the front half kept open and breathable. She worked side by side with my mother-in-law for days, patient and kind, sorting a life without needing the meanings explained, and she designed around our other contractors' needs without being asked. Every session she showed up when she said she would, worked the full day, and left the space better organized AND warmer. Roughly thirty hours across five visits, worth every one. Hire her.
