Hired on Thumbtack

Really enjoyed working with Jess, and would hire her again. She responded so quickly and was very flexible with her schedule. She focused on the areas I wanted, and used the products I requested. My apartment is super sanitized, and she was very friendly and efficient with her cleaning.

Details: 2 bedrooms • 1 bathroom • Deep cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • No pets in home • Just once

Jess was very responsive and patient throughout our initial contact to booking the appointment. Sometimes communicating online can be frustrating.

My house is large-2 floors; 9 rooms; 2 bathrooms. She vacuumed, mopped and dusted throughout the house. Everything shined. And my house smelled clean.

It felt so good to be able to relax and enjoy my clean house.

Details: 4 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Deep cleaning • Pets in home • Every 2 weeks

Jess responded within 5 minutes of my request. She arrived on time, updated me on her arrival time and did an outstanding job cleaning an apartment that tenants left in a very dirty state. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.
