I don’t know what to say except Ana and her team far exceeded my expectations!! Due to COVID, we went for a period of several months without having professional cleaning, and I won’t do this again!
It’s like I have a new house! Ana even cleaned the walls my 2 year old had drawn on! She’s really, really amazing! Ana didn’t make me feel badly that we had fallen behind but just let me know now she’ll be able to keep it at this high standard! I’m so looking forward to having a clean, organized house again! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge extra fees on regular cleaning basis for fridge and oven cleaned inside or windows cleaned inside) !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, get to know better their needs( working on quote or estimate), then schedule the service and then prepare the place to become in our Schedule as regular cleaning basis( after the deep cleaning or move in) . So for the clients just need one time cleaning , we have the opportunity to show them our work done and maybe to do business with them in future
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are well trained and I we don’t cut corners, we want the perfection, we want to leave your place spotless
