- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are given based on frequency of cleaning, size of the house and customer's requests of what they would like done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an appointment where we'll discuss expectations and needs, after that a customized cleaning plan with a quote will be given and once agreed, we'll then proceed with a date a time for the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for about 10 years all together, but only in 2015 was when I decided to start my own house cleaning business.
