- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the square footage of lawn. We will measure and also map it online. The price is for a single application. Our grub control and turf fertilizer with lime are two treatments that are more than the typical application. We will go through the entire program and cost with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a request comes in, we'll measure the property online and send out a quote quickly. Any and all questions will be answered during this process. Once the quote is accepted, you are put on our schedule and the first treatment happens shortly after that.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out our 'price sheet' on our website so you know roughly what you should be paying. Ask them about their weed control and make sure they have a plan for it. A good lawn care provider should have a yearly program and not just say 'we do what your lawn needs'. Lawn care is a consistent program and not a singular fix.
