What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is designed to go over your health history. The client establishes goals that they would like to work on. The next step is to set up action steps that they can start to implement. I offer recommendation to help them with their health goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an RN and Health Coach with over 20 years of experience in alternative and traditional medicine. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have study over 20 different diets and how foods can heal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My story begins with having digestive issues, IBS, constipation, weight issues, low energy and I just did not feel well. About 20 years ago, I was introduced to healthy eating by a holistic chiropractor. He changed by life forever. I started eating healthy, exercising, mediating and listening to my body's needs. I wanted to help others to understand how food can really heal their body. This is why I started Healthy Living Now and Nutritional Counseling
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with client's with weight issues, digestive disorders (IBS, heart burn, constipation) high blood pressure, food intolerance, headache, stress, low energy level and cravings and binges.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My recent project was a lecture on How to Manifested Magic, Miracles and Abundance in Your Life. I have been taking classes for several years on how to manifest prosperity and abundance in my life. I am very excited to share this knowledge with my clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask the professional what inspired or lead them to do nutritional counseling / health coaching. What is your experience in working with my health concerns.

I am willing to commit to changing my eating habits? I am open to trying new foods and changing my life style choice? I am willing to be the very best that I can be in life?
