Can’t rate their car detailing but can rate their professionalism. Response was timely when they were talking about price, person even suggested doing it same day as inquiry, but wouldnt give an exact time just said 3-4pm. So I said, “okay” asked for an text to confirm appointment and date/time. I asked for the tech to text when near so I could show where to park and asked for the name of the tech stopping by two times, never got a name. 4:27p came, no communication. I texted, no response. 5pm, still no response, I texted “cancel my appointment” no response. I stayed home to meet someone whom never showed, never bothered to respond and didnt respect my time, NOT a way to run a business.
