- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are 3 hours of hands-on organizing for $300. Packages paid upfront are discounted as follows: 4 sessions for $1020 (15%) 8 sessions for $1920 (20%) 12 sessions for $2700 (25%) 24 sessions for $5040 (30%) Custom packages are available to meet your needs. Please note package pricing is per organizer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a complimentary consultation (in-home or video), and once session(s) are booked my process is to declutter, then talk about bins/baskets/etc. and set up systems to maintain organization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Organizing Consultant and a member of the Inspired Organizer network for business and organizing-related continuing education.
