Guillermo has been helping me with cross training for my running. He understands how to adapt to my running and came up with exercises specifically to complement that (not too much heavy lifting and focusing on muscles useful for running). He’s always on time and adapts to my schedule. I’m able to see the progress on my body and when I run and I’m happy with the result.
