My name is Jim Hiland and I own Hiland Movers. We are a family owned and operated business and all of our employees have multiple years of experience.
I personally estimate and oversee each and every job and care for your furniture as if it was my own. We keep low hourly rates and NEVER surprise you with any hidden charges.
I have been a driver/crewleader in the moving industry for over 17 years, and I strive to be better than any other company I've worked for.
I specialize in moving pianos (grands, uprights, spinets etc...), gun safes, pool tables, antiques and other heavy and/or expensive items. There is nothing we can't move.
We also offer full packing and unpacking services, clean-outs and dump runs. We have no hourly mandatory minimum. No job is too big or too small.

I had a horrible experience with a delivery from Home Depot so decided to look on thumbtack for some help moving a vanity upstairs. Jim got back to me right away with my job request. Him and his crew came out immediately and got the job done fast, while still being careful and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will have them back for future jobs.

Hiland Movers had to work on moving my furniture up 3 flights of stairs while dealing with a narrowing turn at each flight. They did not scratch the walls at all, unlike my last mover and none of my furniture was damaged. They were very professional and listened to my concerns. I had special orders that my two indoor cats cannot be let outside, they made sure to close the door in between trips outside to ensure my cats stayed in. They worked quickly to get the job done. I highly recommend them and I will be using Hiland Movers from now on!

If I could give Hiland Movers more than 5 stars then I absolutely would. Jim and his crew we're so professional and super fast. I had zero damages and the final bill was far under the estimate. And they made the move really fun which was super helpful to me because I was so stressed out and worried because my last move was a total disaster. Not this time. If your looking for professional movers who take care of your things without wasting your time and money then look no further. I will definitely be using Hiland Movers again for all my future moves.

We charge hourly plus travel and materials. 10% senior citizen discount 5% off if paying cash

My typical process for working with a new customer is I try to go over everything with them beforehand. I try to be as honest and upfront as possible so they know what to expect and they can feel comfortable with our procedures.

I have been a driver/crew leader for moving companies for over 17 years. I also worked for a Piano moving company for several years. So I specialize in all types of pianos
