Introduction: Vinyasa, Restorative, Pre-natal Yoga, Cardio Yoga, Events, Corporate Yoga classes will be custom built for anyone at beginner to advanced levels. All classes may be in person or virtual. Is this your goal? Help with injury/pain, Prenatal, Relaxation, Meditation, Increased flexibility, General fitness (e.g., weight loss, toning) I teach one on one customized yoga classes that are uplifting. My gift and my goal is to encourage self love and positive intentions. Students learn how to create affirmations for their practice, which encourage a mindset that yoga can be practiced anywhere you go. My hope is that students leave class full of joy, with a clear mind and a body that got worked to the core! I always emphasize on opening the heart and keeping the spine in alignment. During yoga fascia is naturally relaxed and is important for aging gracefully. Yoga improves our balance and alignment that we continually need throughout life.

Gina is very patient and a great teacher especially for beginners. She explains each and every exercise and posture in details so that it is easy to follow. She offers virtual and in-person lessons which is very helpful as well. Definitely recommend her.

Our yoga session with Gina was absolutely amazing. She guided our company through the most peaceful, restorative hour-long practice with plenty of positive and inspiring quotes along the way. I’ve gotten so much feedback from my company already that it was one of the best events we’ve held in a while. The prices vary based on travel and frequency. When traveling we charge an average of $85 per session. However, if a client comes to my location then training costs an average of $75 per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going through complimentary evaluation taking the beginning of each class to focus on what the client needs. After that, I will create a routine that will address all the client's goals based on their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training certification at Health Yoga Life. -Pre and Post-Natal yoga teacher training certification at Down Under School of Yoga. -Yoga and Philosophy workshop at Kripalu with teacher Nicki Doane. -Meditation and Inversion workshop at Health Yoga Life. -Bachelors Degree in Psychology at Newbury College.
