In addition, to the household debris located in my garage I had EBRR Logistics/Renovations disassemble and get rid of my camper trailer that was 40' long. All this was done in one day and couldn't be more impressed.

We used Francisco on a commercial project with a very tight deadline. He was able to show up on time and knock out the work as quickly as we had hoped. We were short wallpaper from the beginning (supplied by our client), so he came back multiple times as we received more wallpaper to get the project completed for us in a timely manner so we could continue with the installation of millwork and trim.

I had a gas fireplace installed two years ago. Another contractor did the basic frame and sheetrock around the fireplace but didn't finish the job. Jenrri met with me in person to assessed the job and give a quote for the work. Jenrri was pleasant and professional and my two Westies both liked him. If they didn't like him I wouldn't have hired him. He said the front area around the firebox would need to have the sheetrock replaced with cement board. I was glad he knew this because not having the right materials could be a fire hazard. After meeting with him. I decided to hire him and planned for him to come Feb. 16-19, 2016 to do this job. He did this job with another worker named Melby. Jenrri and I had to buy materials from the store the first day, but Melby stayed and started working. He removed the sheetrock and also cut boards for the shiplap look I wanted on the upper front and sides of the fireplace. Jenrri and Melby completed cutting and installing about half of the boards the first day. They laid tile on the hearth and around the firebox. I had picked large tiles for the hearth and small tiles to go around the firebox. The small tiles took more time to cut and install. Some of the tile around the firebox doesn't lay completely flat because of the screws for the cement board and because the framing around the firebox wasn't level. If I had to pick again I would have picked larger tiles to go around the firebox. They would have been easier to install and wouldn't have shown that the firebox wasn't completely level. After the tile and boards were installed they painted all the boards and the two walls on each side of the fireplace. Then installed the mantle and touched up the painting. They did a very nice job cleaning up when the work was done and even put furniture and a rug back in place. They also completed the job on time. I am happy with my finished fireplace. It looks beautiful. Both Jenrri and Melby work hard and do a good job. Maybe if Jenrri did the whole project instead of finishing someone else's work it would have been perfect. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to others.

Mr. Zabec arrived on time to repair a broken pane of glass in a wooden kitchen door of our 70 year old home. He called before he arrived, was very pleasant and polite. I was impressed by his efficiency and knowledge of the particulars of working on an old house and explained the options for the different steps in the repair and suggested what would be best, explaining why. He went above and beyond by offering to paint the trim around the window pane that had had to be removed to do the repair if I had matching paint available, which I had. He even supplied the paint brush which I lacked. It all took less than an hour. When I had had another pane replaced in the past by someone else, I had to have someone else come in and repaint the trim. For having a broken window, it was an all around excellent experience.

I hired Antonio (Tony) Sanchez from Renaissance Restoration to complete a kitchen renovation this past fall (sorry I did not get around to completing this review sooner!). I did all the demolition, but the job included lights and electrical, plumbing repair, cabinet and counter top install, appliance install, and painting. Tony gave a very reasonable estimate and personally worked on my project with his assistant from start to finish as opposed to having one of his employees complete the job. As he began the job, he soon realized that virtually nothing from the original construction was square (townhouse was built in 1987). However, that did not phase him as he had the skills to adjust making those imperfections unnoticeable in the end. In addition, Tony has skills in most of the trades which meant that he did not have to sub different parts of the job out; he did all the electrical, plumbing and carpentry himself. The best part of my experience working with Tony was that he discussed and explained different options or ways of completing a task to ensure there were no surprises, and I was impressed with his willingness to even teach me a little along the way. He was flexible in allowing me to have a friend install the tile floor and was understanding of my need to stick to a rather tight budget. There are only two comments I could make for overall improvement: cleanliness and timeliness. On a couple of occasions, I had to discard empty food containers and drinks that had been left behind. I attributed this to oversight and could be easily improved by making an effort to clean up the work site after each day of work. Considering it was not a space I was using though, it was not that big of a deal. As for timeliness, the project took longer than expected to complete. However, I know that my involvement did have some impact on the schedule and the fact he was doing the work himself while still managing other jobs is a factor. I would not hesitate to bring Tony in for another project in the future. I am completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

We absolutely loved working with José and his team to tile our basement floor with ceramic wood-looking tile, expose a brick wall, and install new toilet and a wall-mounted sink. He works FAST and within budget. Extra things we needed done were added at very reasonable extra expense ($40-60 to repair an unexpected drywall hole behind a mirror). His team does beautiful work, and José made sure every bit of trash or demo material was taken away. They also went above and beyond to make things look nice. For example, I don't think they charged me extra when they plastered around our baseboards and it looks soooo much better! They also patched a little hole left by a past electrician's job. They took extra good care of our space as if it was their own home. We also like that he respected our desire to further finish our space ourselves ( we are ok with doing our own painting). I can't say enough good things. We will definitely hire José and Brandon Contracting for our next job.

Marvin gave me a very professional and detailed estimate of the work to be performed. He and his team did an outstanding job repairing my shed and replacing the front door of my home. They also did some repairs of the exterior trim using PVC material. I would hire them again!

Paul was great to work with. We had originally bid this project August 2017, but opted not to do anything until just a few weeks ago. I reached back out to Paul who responded quickly, provided an updated (FAIR!) quote and had his team on site promptly to address the woodwork, painting and repair work. We had rotted wood replaced in multiple spots, all of the exterior trim painted, as well as our faux shutters. The team worked efficiently, quietly and so extremely respectful of our property. Bushes were covered, items moved as needed - After we completed the project we quickly talked to Paul about something we would like done to our basement wall/stairs, and am expecting a quote shortly on that.

Jorge came on a Friday to give us an estimate and work started on the following Wednesday and was done on Friday. After a nice power wash and stain our deck looks brand new. The wood boards feels like composite but without the expense. Jorge even replaced some rotted wood trim and rotted wood from underneath our bump out kitchen. After repainting our trim, our house looks great now.

Ricardo is great: on time, detailed and responsible. Not to forget reasonable price. He came to replace a ceiling fan, install 2 new outlets and replace a light. The job was more challenging than expected because it’s a older house. He came back when agreed and finish the job. He patiently work all evening without complaining. He made sure all was completed and area cleaned. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Saul did an excellent job repairing some dry rotted plywood around my bay window, painting my shutters, window and door trim as well as some caulking around my house. He also cleaned my gutters and replaced an old screen that had fallen from an upstairs window, at no additional charge. If you are looking for someone who is professional, does quality work, takes pride in his work and will not try to rip you off, than look no further, Saul is your man. I look forward to hiring him again to do some additional work in my home. Contact him today!!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Very please with my experience. Stephen was very patient and took his time installing the door. The precision of doing it right the first time was extremely important to him. I plan in the future to use him for four additional projects since I will be moving into a bigger home with my family. We spoke as he was installing the door, and decided to make him our permanent contractor. I recommend his services! Crazy how my neighbors also endorsed his work only seeing the replaced door that he installed the same day.

Jamie and his team did a great job on our 12 foot, three panel balcony door. The issue with the door was that it would not slide open as a result of a bad "quick fix" job that the previous owner tried. They had the patience and skill to fully assess the problem and get the door back working again for us. Jamie and his team saved us over $4000 that we were quoted from several companies to replace the custom door. We will be working with them again in the future.

We can't say enough good things about Julio and his team. He did some extensive drywall work, cut and hung new molding and trim, replaced our locks, and painted our entire basement in just a few days. He discovered a water leak and fixed it for a good price. He was courteous, professional, responsive, and gave us a very fair price on the entire project. He was there on time every single day, and we were comfortable leaving him a key. He cleaned up each day before leaving. He will be our go-to guy from now on.

The job is finishing a basement with full bath and renovating some of the kitchen. Greg, the contractor. showed up professionally to the location. I knew he was the best candidate between other four contractors. He kept making sure and asking all necessary questions to cover all the details for almost a week before he sent his proposal. Once I hired him, he followed the official and proper procedures for the permit and work to do the job. He maintained the place cleaned, secured and organized. He made sure to install and do proper and bring the building up to code. He discuss and make sure both the contractor and the owner of the job on the same page before any change of order up to some changes during the work. He tries to fix or solve any issues whether a modification from the city or something hasn't been installed properly from his subs. He is great trusted person. He is finishing the job. I believe it will turned to be great result and satisfaction. As I am homeowner and investor, I recommend him for both, his cost is reasonable comparing to his finishing results and work.

Angel is amazing! After working with six contractors while rehabbing my house, I met Angel- the best so far. He has totally rehabbed the main level stairs with attention to details that I didn't even expect, he finished my patio and built rear steps, he installed cabinets, modified electrical wiring for island cabinets, replaced old window trim and the list goes on. He's on time, professional, flexible, tidy, tries to reduce waste of materials and money, and cleaned up at end of the day.
