- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like our clients to know that we always like to see the project in person before we give you a price. Our estimates will be delivered via e-mail and we really try to offer you the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients at the project location because it provides me with a better idea of what my client is looking for. We also communicate throughout the whole process. We always are available to answer your questions or concerns before the project begins, during the project and after the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work for different companies as a subcontractor, some of those companies are Beers hardwood, Luna flooring, and currently Home Depot
