Mary, this was incredibly kind of you to write. Thank you so much. One of the things we’ve worked really hard on at Doctor Inspections® is creating a customer experience that challenges some of the stereotypes that can come with the service industry; and even some of the old debates surrounding home inspections and real estate transactions. We believe you can be thorough, independent, and completely committed to the client while still being approachable, respectful, communicative, and easy for everyone involved in the transaction to work with. When we show up, the goal isn’t for the agents to look at the inspector like Chucky just walked through the front door. 😂 We’re all there for different reasons, but ultimately everyone benefits from clear information and professional communication. That’s why your comments about the entire experience; from scheduling and answering questions, through the inspection itself, and all the way to the final report; mean so much to me personally. We’ve intentionally worked on every one of those pieces. Most importantly, our clients shouldn’t just receive an inspection report. They should understand what we found, why it matters, and what it means for the home they’re considering. Knowing that you and your husband felt that level of care, even though you weren’t personally able to attend the inspection, tells me we accomplished what we set out to do. And I really appreciate you mentioning the communication afterward. Buying a home comes with enough uncertainty already. Saurav, thank you so much for the kind words and recommendation! I remember you reaching out needing to get the Baltimore County rental inspection taken care of pretty quickly, all while you were out of state, keeping up with your medical classes, and studying for an exam. You already had enough on your plate, so I’m glad we could take at least one thing off of it and make the inspection process a little less stressful. And your questions were always welcome; especially while we were sorting through the differences between Baltimore City and Baltimore County requirements.
