FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of detail, time, and care that goes into every inspection. We focus on delivering clear, thorough, and easy-to-understand results; not rushed reports. We offer flexible options, including Walk & Talk consultations for quicker insights, and full inspections for more comprehensive evaluations. Our goal is to provide real value that supports confident decision-making.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your situation; whether you’re buying, selling, or just want insight into a property. From there, we schedule the inspection and walk you through the process. During the inspection, we focus on clear communication, explaining findings in real time when possible. Afterward, you’ll receive a structured report designed to be easy to navigate and act on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training combines formal education, licensing, and real-world experience across construction, real estate, and inspection. I completed both the 72-hour in-person AHIT training and the 120-hour online AHIT program, followed by passing the National Home Inspector Examination. I am licensed in Maryland and maintain active membership with InterNACHI and ASHI. In addition, I’ve held a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC) license since 2015, which provides a strong background in how homes are actually built, repaired, and maintained. Beyond certifications, my experience as a contractor and real estate agent allows me to approach inspections from multiple perspectives; understanding not just what is observed, but what it means for buyers, sellers, and the transaction as a whole.
