- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and the condition of the space. We provide free estimates before beginning any job so there are no surprises. Deep cleanings and move-in/move-out services may be priced differently than recurring maintenance cleanings. We occasionally offer discounts for recurring weekly or biweekly services, referrals, and first-time clients. There are no hidden fees — any additional costs (such as inside appliances or extra-heavy buildup) are discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation by phone or message to understand the client’s needs, home size, and expectations. We then provide a customized quote. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. On the day of service, we arrive fully equipped and complete a detailed cleaning based on the agreed plan. After the service, we ensure the client is satisfied and discuss options for ongoing maintenance if desired.

Our team has hands-on professional cleaning experience and ongoing training in proper sanitation practices, safe product usage, and efficient cleaning techniques. We stay informed on best practices for residential cleaning, including safe handling of cleaning agents and proper disinfecting procedures to maintain healthy living environments.
