Alex & his team were amazing! They were punctual, communicative and executed according to the scope, as they stated. They modified and enhanced the poor job left by the previous painter whom I relieved from duty without complaint, and brought life to my walls. Alex specifically help me curate my vision & brought it fruition. While hired to simply paint, I then enlisted their services to install hardwood flooring after learning Alex was in fact a general contractor not just specializing in painting. I am very happy with Alex & the work of his team. Besides being professional and punctual, they were also a great value in comparison to other estimates received. I had a tremendous amount of obstacles during their time here, but they powered through each of them without complaint. I am very grateful. (Sorry so late Alex, but told you I would. Finally)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are according to the amount of the project if the owner of the house gives me a large project I give him a discount and help him with discounts when he goes to buy the material and I try to work with the budget that the customer has but my prices are fair because I have to give time to the project to do a quality job and that the customer is happy with my work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I talk to a new customer I tell him that I need to see the project to give him a fairer price and I try to work with the budget that he has and I try to explain the whole process that the project will take
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in remodeling for more than 10 years and I try to do all the projects with a lot of quality and that the owner of the house is very happy with his new project
