I had an excellent experience with Balderas Roofing and Gutters Company. Although they arrived approximately 10 minutes later than scheduled, they called ahead to let me know they were running 10–15 minutes behind, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, the team introduced themselves and provided the company business card. They conducted a thorough inspection of my roof and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the process. The team was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and transparency. During the inspection, they took photographs and recorded videos of the roof to document its condition. They provided me with clear photos and videos showing weak areas where roof boards needed replacement, as well as locations with loose or damaged shingles. This documentation helped me better understand the issues and gave me confidence in their assessment. In addition, they identified concerns and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and professional manner. Their expertise and willingness to educate me throughout the process were greatly appreciated. They also provided a fair and reasonable price for the work. Based on the quality of service I received, I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
